📋 Description

• • The Rider Engagement Associate role supports Deliveroo’s mission to deliver a market-leading proposition for the UAE rider fleet by enhancing rider experience, engagement, and retention through strategic partnerships, communications, safety initiatives, and events.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing rider benefit partnerships (e.g., grocers, restaurants, bike service shops), supporting the creation and rollout of rider communications and campaigns, planning and executing road safety programmes (including workshops with local authorities and Public Affairs), tracking and reporting on initiative success (e.g., rider satisfaction and redemption rates), and organizing in-person rider activities such as Ramadan Iftars and summer heat-relief campaigns.
• • The Rider Engagement team operates within Rider Operations at Deliveroo Holdings plc, focusing on improving the UAE rider fleet’s experience through targeted engagement strategies, perks, partnerships, and intelligence gathering to strengthen Deliveroo’s non-monetary rider proposition.
