📋 Description

• As a Risk Analyst at Alkami Technology, you will support the third-party risk management lifecycle by gathering, analyzing, and monitoring operational metrics, key risk indicators (KRIs), and internal risk data to help financial institutions manage vendor-related risks.
• Day to day, you will utilize GRC tools to identify, document, evaluate, and rate risks and controls; prepare reports and dashboards for leadership; maintain accurate risk documentation; partner with cross-functional teams; research regulatory trends; respond to due diligence requests; and apply AI capabilities to enhance risk analysis and reporting efficiency.
• Alkami is a remote-first digital sales and service platform provider for U.S. banks and credit unions, recognized for its award-winning culture, rapid growth, and commitment to employee development in the fintech space.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in risk frameworks, GRC tools, and financial services regulations while contributing to process improvements and gaining exposure to AI-enhanced risk management practices in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in risk management, compliance, analytics, information security risk, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in third-party risk management, financial services, technology, or a similarly regulated environment with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to interpret data and follow structured processes including knowledge of third-party risk assessments, controls, and risk treatment concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and work effectively with stakeholders across the business
