📋 Description

• • As a Collections Operations Specialist at Ramp, you will help execute and maintain operational initiatives that enable collecting from Ramp’s delinquent and high risk customers, playing a critical role in protecting the company’s financial health while supporting customers’ financial well-being.
• • Day to day, you will ensure timely collections from delinquent and high risk small business and commercial accounts through outbound and inbound communication across email and phone channels, balance customer ability to pay with Ramp’s risk appetite to negotiate payment plans, utilize and build tools to manage your portfolio efficiently, and ensure operational excellence by meeting team KPIs and SLAs.
• • Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends, automating over $100B in annualized spend for 50,000+ companies. The company values high agency, high urgency, and slope over intercept, hiring builders who own problems end to end and make consequential decisions that shape outcomes.
