- • Supervise robotic operations in real time, ensuring safe and efficient execution of tasks while monitoring system performance and environmental conditions.
- • Respond immediately to system alerts, anomalies, or operational failures by taking manual control to prevent damage, injury, or downtime.
- • Collaborate with AI and robotics engineering teams to provide feedback on robot behavior, interface usability, and task execution challenges.
- • Document operational logs, error events, and performance metrics for use in training and refining AI models and robotic workflows.
- • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures when interacting with physical robotic systems in dynamic environments.
- • Adapt quickly to changing task requirements, new control interfaces, and evolving robotic capabilities across multiple platforms.
- • Work in fast-paced, high-focus operational settings requiring sustained attention to detail and precise hand-eye coordination.

- • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation environment that meets operational and cybersecurity standards for remote control systems.
- • Follow all company policies regarding data handling, system access, and operational confidentiality related to proprietary robotic technologies.
- • Work within scheduled shifts, including potential non-standard hours, to support 24/7 operational testing and deployment cycles.
