- • Operate robotic systems remotely to support testing, deployment, and operational programs across Europe.
- • Monitor real-time robot performance during live operations, identifying anomalies and ensuring system stability.
- • Execute operational tasks according to established safety protocols and quality standards to maintain compliance.
- • Collaborate with engineering and field teams to relay operational feedback and support system improvements.
- • Maintain detailed logs of robot activities, performance metrics, and incident reports for quality assurance and audit purposes.
- • Respond to operational alerts and emergencies by initiating corrective actions or shutdown procedures as defined in protocols.
- • Ensure all teleoperations are conducted within approved geographic and operational boundaries.
- • Participate in pre-deployment checks, system calibration, and readiness assessments for robotic platforms.
- • Work within structured shift schedules to provide continuous operational coverage for time-sensitive robotics programs.
- • Communicate clearly and promptly with cross-functional teams regarding system status, delays, or technical limitations.
- • Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies when handling operational data and sensor outputs.
- • Support training of new teleoperators by demonstrating best practices and procedural workflows.
- • Utilize specialized teleoperation interfaces, control panels, and visualization tools to manage robotic systems effectively.
- • Maintain awareness of evolving robotics technologies and operational procedures to adapt to updated system capabilities.
- • Ensure all remote operations align with European regulatory and safety requirements for robotic deployment.
- • Coordinate with logistics and field teams to synchronize robot deployment schedules with site access and environmental conditions.
- • Document and report any hardware or software malfunctions observed during teleoperations for engineering review.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing operational efficiency enhancements based on hands-on experience.
