📋 Description

• Operate robotic systems remotely to support testing, deployment, and operational programs across Europe.
• Monitor real-time robot performance during live operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Execute precise teleoperation commands to guide robots through complex tasks in controlled and dynamic environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and field teams to report anomalies, system errors, or performance deviations during operations.
• Document operational logs, incident reports, and performance metrics for continuous improvement and compliance purposes.
• Ensure all teleoperation activities comply with established safety procedures and regulatory requirements for robotics in Europe.
• Participate in pre-operation system checks, including sensor calibration, communication link verification, and emergency stop functionality tests.
• Respond promptly to operational alerts or failures by initiating corrective actions or escalating issues to technical support teams.
• Maintain clear and accurate communication with on-site personnel and remote stakeholders during robotic missions.
• Contribute to the refinement of teleoperation workflows by providing feedback based on hands-on operational experience.
• Train new teleoperations team members on standard operating procedures, equipment interfaces, and safety protocols.
• Work within structured operational schedules, including shift-based or on-call rotations as required for mission continuity.
• Utilize specialized teleoperation software platforms and hardware interfaces to control robotic arms, mobile platforms, or autonomous systems.
• Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies when handling operational data, video feeds, or proprietary system information.
• Support post-operation analysis by reviewing recorded mission data and assisting in root cause investigations for system failures.
• Maintain equipment hygiene and readiness by performing basic cleaning, inspection, and reporting of hardware wear or damage.
• Coordinate with logistics and field teams to ensure robotic systems are properly positioned and prepared for teleoperation sessions.
• Stay current with updates to robotic systems, software patches, and operational protocols provided by engineering teams.
• Participate in regular performance reviews and operational debriefs to enhance team efficiency and mission success rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating robotic systems via teleoperation interfaces in industrial or research environments
• Familiarity with safety protocols and risk mitigation procedures for robotic systems
• Ability to interpret real-time sensor data and system feedback during remote operations
• Strong attention to detail and precision in executing complex command sequences
• Proficiency in using teleoperation software platforms and hardware controllers
• Valid driver’s license or ability to travel to operational sites in Europe as needed
