📋 Description

• Operate robotic systems remotely to support testing, deployment, and operational programs across Europe.
• Monitor real-time robot performance during live operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
• Execute predefined operational protocols for robotic systems under structured operational environments.
• Maintain detailed logs of robot activity, anomalies, and performance metrics during teleoperation sessions.
• Collaborate with engineering and field teams to report system issues, suggest improvements, and validate operational fixes.
• Ensure all teleoperation activities adhere to established safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Respond promptly to system alerts, malfunctions, or deviations from expected behavior during robotic missions.
• Participate in pre-mission briefings and post-mission debriefs to align on objectives, risks, and outcomes.
• Utilize specialized teleoperation interfaces and control software to manipulate robotic arms, sensors, and mobility systems.
• Maintain situational awareness during extended operational windows, including non-standard hours as required.
• Support the calibration and verification of sensor inputs and feedback loops used in remote control workflows.
• Work within a team structure to coordinate multi-robot operations and prioritize tasks based on mission criticality.
• Adhere to documentation standards for operational records, incident reports, and compliance audits.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of teleoperation procedures through feedback and process refinement.
• Train new team members on teleoperation protocols, safety protocols, and system-specific workflows.
• Maintain a high level of precision and consistency in manual control inputs to ensure mission success.
• Coordinate with logistics and field support teams to ensure robotic assets are properly positioned and ready for operation.
• Follow strict cybersecurity protocols when accessing remote robotic systems and data networks.
• Adapt quickly to evolving mission requirements and changing operational environments across diverse European locations.
• Maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners during live operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in remote operation of robotic systems in industrial, research, or field deployment settings
• Familiarity with robotic control interfaces, sensor feedback systems, and real-time telemetry monitoring
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance standards in robotics operations
• Ability to work independently and make rapid, accurate decisions under pressure during live missions
