- • Join Buynomics as a SaaS Business Development Representative and become the engine that fuels our next wave of growth across the U.S. Eastern Time Zone. You will be the first human touchpoint for senior executives at Fortune 1000 and high-growth DTC brands who are desperate to replace gut-feel pricing with data-driven precision. Every conversation you start has the potential to unlock millions in incremental revenue for our prospects—and you will own the entire top-of-funnel motion that makes it happen.
- • Own a personally generated pipeline of $3–5 M ARR within your first 12 months by prospecting into director-, VP-, and C-level decision makers in Revenue, Pricing, Finance, and Product. You will run high-volume, high-quality outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn, video) that are hyper-personalized around each prospect’s SKU complexity, margin pressure, and promotion pain. Expect to send 40–50 tailored touches per day while simultaneously running 8–10 discovery calls that convert at ≥35 % to qualified opportunities.
- • Master and evangelize the Buynomics value story: how our large-scale consumer simulation engine predicts purchase behavior 100× faster and more accurately than legacy conjoint or Excel models. You will translate complex AI concepts into crisp business painkillers—e.g., “We can show you the exact profit impact of a 3 % price increase on your premium tier before your next board meeting.” You will demo the platform weekly with our Solutions team and feed market insights back to Product to sharpen our roadmap.
- • Architect multi-threaded account strategies for enterprise logos with $500 M–$5 B in annual revenue. You will map economic buyers, champions, and blockers; craft account-based plays that span pricing, revenue-growth-management, and e-commerce teams; and coordinate with Marketing to surround each account with ads, events, and thought-leadership. Your CRM hygiene (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) will be immaculate—every call logged, every next step time-stamped.
- • Collaborate daily with our global SDR pod in Germany and the U.S. to share winning scripts, objection handling, and vertical-specific talk tracks. You will run A/B tests on subject lines, call openers, and CTA placement, then scale the winners across the team. Expect to present your findings in our bi-weekly “Growth Lab” and see your ideas deployed to 30+ reps within days.
- • Hit and exceed a quarterly quota of 25–30 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) with an average contract value of $150 k+. You will be compensated for both quantity and quality—opportunities that close within 9 months earn accelerators. Top performers are fast-tracked into Enterprise AE or Strategic CSM roles within 12–18 months.
- • Champion a culture of data obsession. You will live in dashboards that track email open rates, call-to-connect ratios, and pipeline velocity. When metrics dip, you dig into call recordings, iterate messaging, and rebound quickly. Your feedback loop with RevOps ensures forecasting accuracy that our CFO brags about in board decks.
- • Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone while staying tightly connected through Slack huddles, Zoom stand-ups, and quarterly off-sites in New York or Cologne. We default to async but protect two “power hours” daily for collaborative prospecting blitzes and live coaching from our VP of Sales.
- • Make an outsized impact on a category-defining startup. In the last 12 months we doubled ARR, closed Series B funding, and landed logos like Unilever, Danone, and T-Mobile. Your pipeline will directly influence the next chapter of our growth story—and you will see your name in the all-hands slide when we toast new customer wins.
