  • • As a SaaS Customer Success Specialist at Latamcent, you will be the primary advocate for customers using the SpendHound platform, ensuring they derive maximum value by driving platform adoption, maintaining accurate data, and fostering long-term relationships that turn users into promoters.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with customers post-onboarding to guide them through key platform activities such as updating app renewal dates, assigning app owners, tagging vendors, and maintaining an accurate App Catalog; proactively identifying and resolving customer roadblocks before they escalate; conducting regular check-ins via phone and Zoom to assess usage, gather feedback, and provide best practice guidance; collaborating with internal teams including product, data engineering, and renewal specialists to align on customer needs and improve the platform; and meticulously managing a growing portfolio of customer accounts, scaling from a dozen to over 100 customers while maintaining high touch and attention to detail.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS customer lifecycle management, gain hands-on experience with a growing B2B platform, refine your consultative communication and stakeholder management skills, and build a measurable track record in driving customer outcomes — positioning you for advancement into senior customer success, account management, or leadership roles within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-4+ years of relevant work experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role
  • • Near-native to native English proficiency, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with US-based customers
  • • Availability to work US East Coast hours (approximately 9am - 5pm EST) to align with customer and team schedules
  • • Proven experience interacting with customers over phone and Zoom, including conducting presentations, training sessions, and issue resolution calls
  • • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously while ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups
  • • Tech-savviness or a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new software platforms and tools
  • • Must be based in Colombia, as this is a mandatory location requirement for the role
