Search Atlas, a rapidly growing leader in SEO software and digital marketing services, is seeking a dynamic and proactive SaaS Training and Onboarding Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be at the forefront of our client success strategy, guiding users of all levels – from individual professionals to large, strategic enterprise accounts – towards achieving their online performance goals.
- • As a SaaS Training and Onboarding Specialist, your primary mission will be to cultivate client confidence and proficiency through expertly designed and delivered training programs. You will own the entire training lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to execution and ongoing refinement. This involves meticulously building and maintaining structured training agendas that are precisely tailored to the diverse needs of the Search Atlas customer base. Your ability to adapt content and delivery methods to suit different learning styles and technical aptitudes will be crucial for success.
- • Your day-to-day will involve hosting engaging, outcome-oriented group training sessions via video conferencing platforms. These sessions are not just about presenting information; they are about fostering interaction, answering questions in real-time, and ensuring participants leave with actionable insights. You will be responsible for diligently tracking and summarizing key metrics such as attendance, participant engagement levels, and the tangible outcomes achieved post-training. This data-driven approach will enable you to continuously identify opportunities for enhancing content delivery, boosting interactivity, and improving the overall clarity and effectiveness of our training materials.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and sales, to ensure that training content remains current, relevant, and perfectly aligned with the latest product updates, industry best practices, and emerging SEO trends. This ensures our clients are always equipped with the most up-to-date knowledge to leverage our platform effectively.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves leading specialized training for our larger, strategic accounts. These sessions will require a more bespoke approach, focusing on deep dives into platform functionalities, customized best practice implementation, and demonstrating how Search Atlas can directly contribute to their unique business objectives and drive measurable results. Your expertise will be instrumental in accelerating their time-to-value and fostering long-term client loyalty.
- • We are looking for someone who is not only technically adept but also possesses exceptional client-facing communication skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable and confident in leading group sessions, managing live Q&A, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment. You should be a quick learner, adept at mastering new software and tools essential for remote collaboration and training delivery, such as Zoom, ClickUp, and Lu.Ma. Organization and meticulous attention to detail are paramount, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of training participation and feedback.
- • This is a fully remote position, requiring you to work across Eastern Standard Time (EST) and Central Standard Time (CST) hours, with some flexibility needed to accommodate global client needs. While occasional early or late sessions may be required to support customers in different time zones, this is not a frequent occurrence but highlights the need for adaptability. - • Provide specialized, in-depth training for strategic accounts to accelerate their platform adoption and value realization.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Search Atlas platform, answering client questions and providing best practice guidance.
- • Maintain organized records of training sessions, participant feedback, and key performance indicators.
