  • • As a Sales Professional at Tessera Labs, you will be instrumental in driving new business acquisition and achieving substantial revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to champion and sell Tessera Labs' AI Enterprise Transformation platform to the largest and most influential enterprise organizations globally. This role demands a results-driven individual with a proven track record in selling complex AI solutions and a demonstrated ability to engage directly with C-level executives.
  • • You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and rigorous qualification to intricate contract negotiations and successful closing. This involves building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with key C-suite executives, including Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Digital Officers (CDOs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs), Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), as well as other senior IT leaders and business stakeholders.
  • • A critical aspect of this role involves leading executive-level discovery conversations. These discussions will be deeply focused on understanding and articulating strategic business outcomes, demonstrating clear Return on Investment (ROI), and aligning our solutions with the client's broader digital transformation initiatives. You will be expected to develop sophisticated account strategies and comprehensive territory plans to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • • Collaboration is key to success. You will work closely with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft compelling, executive-ready proposals, robust business cases, and persuasive presentations. Your ability to articulate the unique value proposition of Tessera AI solutions to executive audiences with exceptional clarity and unwavering credibility will be paramount.
  • • Maintaining meticulous records of your sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and all relevant activity tracking within our CRM systems is essential for operational efficiency and strategic planning. Furthermore, you must remain continuously informed about our evolving product offerings, the competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends to maintain a strategic advantage.
