  • • As a Sales Account Manager at Intel Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by aligning Intel’s cutting-edge technologies with the strategic goals of key customers in Beijing and beyond, ensuring long-term partnerships and market expansion.
  • • You will act as the primary liaison between Intel and assigned accounts, translating complex product roadmaps into actionable business solutions that meet evolving customer needs in communication, data center, and video application sectors.
  • • Day to day, you will partner with sales applications engineers to align new Intel technologies—including CCG, DCAI, NEX, IFS, and SaaS offerings—with customer technology, product, and business strategies to uncover and nurture emerging revenue opportunities.
  • • You will actively identify and pursue new design win opportunities that convert into billed revenue (sales in and/or sales through), contributing to a global product portfolio tailored for regional market selection.
  • • Collaboration is central to your role: you will work closely with ecosystem partners such as distributors, OEMs, and ISVs to support assigned accounts and amplify market reach through coordinated go-to-market efforts.
  • • You will influence and enable sales through revenue maximization by developing and executing account plans that balance short-term wins with long-term strategic growth, ensuring sustained business expansion.
  • • Regular collaboration with internal teams—including marketing, engineering, and customer service—will allow you to identify growth opportunities through structured account planning and delivery execution.
  • • A critical part of your function involves gathering and analyzing customer feedback to assess satisfaction drivers, detect early signs of dissatisfaction, and proactively address concerns.
  • • You will determine root causes of account-related issues or risks and establish recovery action plans to improve customer experience, retention, and loyalty.
  • • Operating as a commissioned sales professional, your compensation will be directly tied to performance, incentivizing high impact, initiative, and results-driven engagement with complex enterprise accounts.
  • • You will represent Intel’s full portfolio—spanning client computing, data center, network and edge, and emerging foundry and services businesses—positioning Intel as a trusted innovation partner in the customer’s technology stack.
  • • Through consistent engagement and strategic foresight, you will help plant the seeds for future growth areas like Intel Foundry Services (IFS) and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, shaping Intel’s evolving business model.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven industrial experience in Communication, Data Center, and Video Application domains.
  • • Demonstrated ability to partner with technical sales engineers to align product roadmaps with customer business strategies.
  • • Strong track record in uncovering, nurturing, and closing design win opportunities that generate billed revenue.
  • • Experience collaborating with ecosystem partners including distributors, OEMs, and ISVs to support account growth.
  • • Skilled in gathering customer feedback, identifying satisfaction drivers, and developing recovery action plans for issue resolution.
  • • Ability to influence sales outcomes and maximize account value over both short and long-term horizons.
