- • As a Sales Account Manager at Fresha, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building and managing relationships with beauty and wellness businesses across Hong Kong and the broader Southeast Asia region, directly contributing to the company’s mission of powering the global self-care economy through its AI-powered operating system.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new salon, spa, fitness, and wellness business clients, conducting product demonstrations of Fresha’s all-in-one platform, negotiating contracts, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring high client satisfaction to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- • You will be part of a dynamic, fast-growing global team headquartered in London with 15 offices worldwide, operating in a high-energy, autonomous environment where initiative and results are highly valued, and you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- • This role offers significant professional growth — you’ll develop advanced B2B sales expertise in a high-growth tech SaaS environment, deepen your understanding of the beauty and wellness industry’s operational needs, and gain experience scaling revenue in emerging markets while contributing to a mission-driven company transforming how self-care businesses operate globally.

- • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, beauty, wellness, or hospitality industries, with experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.

- • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment while maintaining high levels of organization and follow-through.
