- • Sales and Retention Call Centre Agent role focused on driving revenue and customer retention through outbound and inbound calls in a remote work environment within South Africa.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging customers via phone to promote products, meet and exceed sales targets, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to retain business through tailored solutions.
- • Part of TransUnion’s Global Capability Centre Africa, supporting consumer operations with a focus on delivering high-quality service and contributing to business growth through performance-driven outcomes.
- • Opportunity to develop advanced communication, sales, and customer service skills while building expertise in TransUnion’s product offerings, pricing structures, and internal systems in a performance-oriented, remote-first setting.

- • Minimum Matric qualification
- • Proven success in telesales or revenue-driven contact center environments with consistent achievement of sales targets
- • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence customer decisions
- • Customer-centric mindset with ability to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions
- • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, target-driven environments
