We are transitioning from a professional services model to a scalable, tech-based, subscription-first approach, aiming to double our revenue by January 2026 through our AI-assisted SaaS platform, Tailwind.   • • As a Sales Associate, you will be a crucial part of our client's success, specifically supporting a property management client. This role is designed for individuals who excel in customer-facing interactions and are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment. You will be the first point of contact for potential residents and existing customers, playing a vital role in lead generation, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve managing inbound calls from prospective AIR Communities customers and future residents. You will be tasked with providing detailed information about communities, lease terms, and amenities, acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for our client's properties. This requires a deep understanding of the client's offerings and the ability to articulate them clearly and persuasively.
  • • Beyond inbound inquiries, you will also engage in outbound customer support initiatives. This proactive approach ensures that potential leads are followed up on promptly and that existing residents receive timely assistance. You will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with prospects, guiding them through the application process, and ultimately helping them secure their ideal living space.
  • • A key function of this role is to facilitate the connection between potential residents and leasing consultants by scheduling on-site appointments. This requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with both prospective clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to in-person visit.
  • • You will be responsible for initiating and diligently following up on all prospect inquiries, ensuring no potential lead is overlooked. This involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and employing effective communication strategies to keep prospects engaged throughout their decision-making journey.
  • • The role demands providing world-class customer service across various communication channels. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and potentially utilizing other communication tools to address inquiries from prospects, vendors, current residents, and past residents. Your ability to handle diverse customer needs with professionalism and empathy will be paramount.
  • • You will also be expected to assist with a variety of specialized tasks, such as managing online reputation, handling sensitive requests like emotional support or service animal accommodations, and resolving customer concerns with efficiency and care. This multi-channel support capability is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • • Efficiently managing voicemails is another critical aspect of the job. You will be responsible for returning or directing voicemails to the appropriate departments or individuals, ensuring timely responses and effective internal communication.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with the client's site teams to ensure that customer follow-ups are executed promptly and effectively. This includes sending emails and reaching out via instant messaging platforms like WebEx to maintain consistent communication and provide a unified customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • • Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple software applications and data entry systems
  • • Dependable and proven ability to work independently
  • • Minimum internet speed of 30mbps, wired connection required
  • • i5 11th Gen or higher processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher
