📋 Description

• • The Sales Collateral & Enablement Specialist owns, governs, and evolves LanguageLine’s official sales collateral and presentations to support a consistent, buyer-centered sales motion, ensuring alignment with sales methodology, revenue narrative, and product strategy.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing and maintaining client-facing sales materials, auditing collateral libraries for accuracy and relevance, translating product and marketing inputs into seller-ready stories and slides, managing end-to-end collateral development projects, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure on-brand, timely delivery.
• • The role sits within the Marketing department and reports to the Manager, Sales Excellence, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales Enablement, Technical Writing, and subject matter experts to ensure collateral supports training, onboarding, and reinforcement efforts.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in B2B sales enablement, refine storytelling and messaging skills for enterprise audiences, gain experience in governance and standardization of sales assets, and develop project management capabilities while contributing directly to sales effectiveness and deal progression.
