📋 Description
- • Administer compensation programs for employees on variable compensation plans using current and future ICM tools and processes.
- • Develop, document, and maintain standardized compensation procedures to ensure process efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- • Manage and interpret all sales commission plans according to documented sales agreements, ensuring accurate and timely payment settlements.
- • Oversee the accuracy of commission expense outputs, including reconciliations, adjustments, and modifications to commission calculations.
- • Conduct regular audits of data inputs within ICM tools and manual processes to ensure data integrity and precision.
- • Resolve commission payment inquiries from the sales team promptly and accurately, providing clear explanations and timely resolutions.
- • Maintain deep expertise in key systems including Salesforce and Snowflake, understanding their integration with compensation workflows.
- • Create and distribute commission communication materials to train sales and field operations teams on commission calculations and policy updates.
- • Draft, revise, and maintain formal commission plans and statements to reflect evolving business objectives and sales strategies.
- • Proactively identify inefficiencies, errors, or gaps in commission processes and recommend improvements or new program designs.
- • Perform what-if scenarios and assumption-based modeling to forecast commission expenses under varying sales conditions.
- • Communicate effectively in both written and oral formats to address complex commission inquiries and align stakeholders on process changes.
- • Collaborate closely with the GTM Sales Compensation Manager to model, develop, and modify sales commission plans and Rules of Engagement.
- • Analyze sales compensation performance metrics to evaluate plan effectiveness and drive data-informed adjustments.
- • Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests supporting Compensation and cross-functional initiatives such as turnover, headcount, and diversity reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
- • Minimum three to five years of hands-on Sales Compensation experience with complex, multifaceted commission plans.
- • Proven experience administering commission systems (required): must be able to enter new hires, update existing employees, pull reports, update the system, and perform monthly audits.
- • Experience working in hyper-growth environments with the ability to context-switch frequently.
- • Experience with CaptivateIQ Admin is a plus; ICM tool admin certification is highly preferred.
- • Experience implementing and maintaining an ICM tool is preferred.
