đź“‹ Description
- • Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for connecting with people and facilitating exceptional client experiences? Agent Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client, a premier, high-end medical spa based in New Jersey. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a thriving aesthetic industry, working with a dedicated team of Nurse Practitioners and Aesthetic Consultants who are committed to artistic excellence and unparalleled patient care.
- • Our client operates in a fast-paced, luxury environment, and their success hinges on providing a seamless and personalized journey for every prospect. As an SDR, you will be the crucial first point of contact for inbound leads generated from advertisements and website inquiries. Your primary mission will be to convert these warm leads into booked, in-person consultations, ensuring that no opportunity is missed and every potential client feels valued from the very first interaction.
- • This role is particularly vital because a significant portion of leads arrive outside of traditional business hours. Your ability to provide immediate, high-quality outreach during these critical times will directly impact conversion rates and contribute to the overall success of the clinic. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between initial interest and a confirmed consultation, playing a pivotal role in the client's growth and reputation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and demanding, requiring a proactive and organized approach. You will be expected to meticulously monitor the client's CRM system, GoHighLevel, and initiate contact with new leads within an impressive 5-minute window if they do not immediately respond to automated messaging. This rapid response time is non-negotiable and is key to capturing the prospect's attention and momentum.
- • Beyond the initial contact, you will implement a rigorous and persistent follow-up strategy. This will involve a consistent cadence of daily calls and text messages to nurture prospects who have not yet booked their consultation. Your tenacity and strategic communication will be essential in moving these leads through the sales funnel.
- • A core part of your role will be the skillful navigation of the clinic’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to manage provider schedules. You will be responsible for identifying available slots and securing firm appointments for in-person consultations, ensuring a smooth transition for the client.
- • To ensure the best possible match between patient needs and provider expertise, you will conduct light discovery calls. This involves understanding the prospect's specific aesthetic concerns, their desired outcomes, and their budget alignment. This qualification process helps to ensure that the booked consultations are productive and set the stage for successful treatment plans.
- • Maintaining the integrity of the CRM is paramount. You will be tasked with meticulously logging every interaction, call, text, and note within GoHighLevel. This detailed record-keeping is essential for providing the client with accurate, real-time data, enabling effective lead tracking and performance analysis.
- • Finally, you will be responsible for providing regular performance updates to the client. This includes end-of-day reports detailing lead-to-booking conversion rates, the status of your pipeline, and any insights or challenges encountered. Clear and concise reporting will ensure the client remains informed and can make strategic decisions based on your efforts.
- • This role offers a fantastic opportunity to hone your sales development skills in a high-growth industry, working with a sophisticated clientele and a supportive team. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

- • High degree of coachability, with the demonstrated ability to receive and implement live feedback on scripts and communication style.
