  • • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in driving this expansion by identifying and cultivating new enterprise sales opportunities. This fully remote, full-time role is crucial for shaping the future sales culture at Replicant. You will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through the early stages of the sales funnel. Your success will directly contribute to Replicant's continued market leadership and revenue growth.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. This involves proactive outbound engagement through strategic calling, targeted LinkedIn outreach, and compelling email campaigns. You will master objection handling to effectively navigate prospect concerns and move conversations forward. The role demands a deep understanding of Replicant's AI solutions and the ability to articulate their value proposition to potential enterprise clients across various sectors, including Retail, Insurance, Travel, Financial Services, and Healthcare.
  • • A key aspect of the SDR role is to meticulously research prospective accounts, identify key stakeholders within customer service, IT, and operations departments, and initiate contact to schedule qualified meetings. You will be expected to develop a keen understanding of our target market and the specific pain points that Replicant's technology can address. This requires a proactive and persistent approach to prospecting.
  • • To ensure a seamless transition and maximize the impact of initial client interactions, you will prepare detailed meeting preparation documents for Account Executives. These documents will provide crucial context, insights into the prospect's needs, and strategic recommendations for the AE to deliver an impactful first impression and effectively advance the sales process.
  • • Collaboration and continuous improvement are central to our culture. You will consistently share insights, observations, and feedback gathered from your prospecting and outreach efforts with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product. This information is vital for refining our go-to-market strategies, improving messaging, and enhancing our product offerings.
  • • Success in this role is measured by achieving daily activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and consistently exceeding quarterly quota goals. Your dedication to these metrics will directly contribute to the overall pipeline growth and revenue objectives of the sales organization.
