  • • Own the top-of-funnel engine for a Sequoia-backed startup that is redefining how $600 B in annual cloud spend is managed. You will be one of the first SDR hires, building playbooks, messaging, and processes that the entire go-to-market team will use for years to come.
  • • Become the resident FinOps evangelist: learn how engineers, finance, and executives think about cloud cost, translate that knowledge into crisp value propositions, and educate prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone, and video outreach that feels personal even when sent at scale.
  • • Research and map Fortune 500 and high-growth accounts, identifying economic buyers, champions, and blockers. Build multi-threaded sequences that speak to DevOps leads, engineering managers, cloud architects, and FinOps practitioners with language that matches their KPIs.
  • • Generate 30-50 qualified meetings per month for our Account Executives by combining intent data, trigger events, and creative storytelling. Track every touch in HubSpot, iterate on messaging weekly, and share wins, losses, and learnings openly with the team.
  • • Represent Infracost at AWS re:Invent, KubeCon, FinOps X, and other industry events—own pre-show outreach, on-site demos, and post-event follow-up to turn badge scans into pipeline. Expect 3-4 domestic trips and 1-2 international trips per year.
  • • Collaborate directly with founders who have previously scaled cloud companies to nine-figure exits. Receive weekly 1:1 coaching from our Strategic AE and shadow customer calls to accelerate your path to closing deals yourself.
  • • Experiment with new channels—community Slack groups, technical webinars, open-source contributions, and targeted gifting—to discover what resonates in a technical buyer community that hates generic sales tactics.
  • • Maintain meticulous organization across thousands of accounts: build views, tags, and sequences in our sales engagement platform, ensure CRM hygiene, and surface insights that help marketing refine ICP and messaging.
  • • Contribute to the culture of “Ustomer, not customer” by joining customer Slack channels, answering questions in our open-source repo, and celebrating user wins in our weekly all-hands. Your feedback will directly influence product roadmap and pricing.
  • • Grow into a leadership track: mentor future SDRs, run team trainings, and transition into an Account Executive or Growth Marketing role within 12-18 months as the company scales from 25 to 100+ employees.
