  • • Qualify and route inbound leads through two channels: self-service and inside sales, ensuring accurate lead handoff to the sales team.
  • • Engage prospects daily via phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools including Slack and Salesforce to drive pipeline growth.
  • • Achieve monthly targets by booking and completing a defined number of product demonstrations, with the team consistently meeting or exceeding 95% of targets.
  • • Utilize structured processes and integrated systems to eliminate manual work and enable fast, high-quality decision-making in a high-velocity environment.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring all prospect interactions are logged and tracked for follow-up and reporting.
  • • Learn and apply SaaS-specific financial terminology and metrics, including common acronyms related to sales performance and customer acquisition.
  • • Adapt quickly to the construction, infrastructure, and industrial industries, mastering new terminology and customer contexts despite limited prior exposure.
  • • Develop and refine cold outreach and conversation skills through onboarding materials, peer examples, and real-time feedback from senior team members.
  • • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to understand product value and align messaging with customer needs.
  • • Operate with autonomy and focus on outcomes rather than hours, managing daily priorities without time monitoring or unnecessary meetings.
  • • Participate in monthly All-Hands meetings to review company metrics, customer stories, hiring plans, and financial performance, fostering transparency and alignment.
  • • Contribute to team culture through weekly catered lunches, global offsites, and “Life Story” sessions that build genuine connection across the global team.
  • • Work in a hybrid or remote model with flexibility to work from anywhere for several weeks each year, while maintaining access to the London office and its on-site facilities.
  • • Leverage performance-based compensation structure where commission is tied directly to demonstration bookings and completion rates.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Confident and clear communication skills, with excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person.
  • • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, able to multi-task efficiently in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
  • • Willingness to learn and adapt to the construction and industrial industries, including unfamiliar terminology and non-tech-savvy users.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive, performance-based remuneration with OTE of ÂŁ41,250 to ÂŁ60,500 (including pension), comprising base salary of ÂŁ27,500 to ÂŁ38,500 and commission of ÂŁ13,750 to ÂŁ22,000.
