📋 Description

• Qualify and route inbound leads across self-service and inside sales channels to drive pipeline growth for Sitemate’s Dashpivot platform.
• Engage prospects daily through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools including Slack and Salesforce to assess fit and move leads through the sales funnel.
• Achieve monthly targets by booking and completing a consistent number of product demonstrations, with the team historically exceeding 95% of targets each month.
• Utilize structured sales processes and performance metrics to prioritize leads, track progress, and optimize outreach effectiveness.
• Learn and apply SaaS-specific terminology, financial acronyms, and industry-specific jargon related to construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on lead quality, feedback, and customer insights.
• Leverage integrated systems to eliminate manual work and enable fast, data-driven decision-making in a high-velocity environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring all prospect interactions are documented for reporting and follow-up.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, outcome-focused culture where autonomy, transparency, and performance drive career progression.
• Participate in weekly team activities, monthly All-Hands meetings, and ‘Life Story’ sessions to build connection and understanding across a global, diverse team.
• Work in a hybrid or remote model with flexibility to manage your own schedule, while maintaining consistent availability for prospect engagement during core business hours.
• Utilize provided laptop and home office setup budget to create an effective remote work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Confident and clear communication skills with excellent writing and presentation abilities across email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person interactions.
• Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, capable of efficiently multitasking in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
• Resilience and ability to perform consistently despite frequent rejection and high-pressure targets.
