- • Own the top-of-funnel engine for Mutt Data’s U.S. expansion. You will be the first human touchpoint for Fortune-1000 retailers, high-growth e-commerce brands, and data-driven enterprises that need modern ML systems. Every conversation you spark directly influences how fast we can scale our revenue and impact.
- • Build laser-focused target lists by mining LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and industry reports. Segment prospects by tech stack (AWS, Databricks, Astronomer), annual revenue, and digital-maturity signals so that outreach is always hyper-relevant.
- • Craft and A/B-test multi-channel sequences (cold email, LinkedIn voice notes, targeted ads, and warm referrals) that speak to C-suite, VP-Engineering, and Head-of-Data pain points: demand-planning accuracy, ad-creative velocity, or recommendation-system ROI.
- • Qualify inbound leads from webinars, white-papers, and AWS re:Invent booth scans within 15 minutes using BANT and MEDDICC light frameworks. Schedule discovery calls, capture technical requirements, and hand off sales-ready opportunities to our Enterprise AE with a concise one-pager and warm intro.
- • Keep HubSpot immaculate: log every touchpoint, update lifecycle stages, tag competitors mentioned, and build dashboards that show conversion rates from MQL → SQL → Closed-Won. Your data hygiene becomes the single source of truth for forecasting and marketing attribution.
- • Partner with our content team to turn real objections (“We already have an in-house ML team”) into battle cards, case-study snippets, and ROI calculators. Your frontline feedback shapes the next webinar topic or blog post headline.
- • Experiment with new growth hacks—co-hosting a virtual roundtable with AWS, sponsoring a Databricks meetup, or launching a referral program with system-integrator partners. You propose the idea, own the budget, and report pipeline influence.
- • Represent Mutt Data at U.S. trade shows and AI meetups (travel 2–4 times per year). From booth staffing to post-event nurture campaigns, you ensure every badge scan becomes a qualified conversation.
- • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas: 40 qualified meetings, 15 sales-accepted opportunities, and $1.5 M pipeline value. Your performance directly unlocks the next round of funding and new hires across engineering and customer success.
- • Champion our culture daily: share weekly “win wires” on Slack, celebrate teammates’ birthdays, and nominate peers for referral bonuses. You help us stay true to being open, data-nerdy, and positively obsessed with customer outcomes.
