This pivotal role is instrumental in driving new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective customers, ultimately expanding Nabla's reach and impact in the healthcare sector.
  • • As an SDR, you will be the initial point of contact for many potential clients, responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and cultivating meaningful relationships. Your primary objective will be to build a robust sales pipeline by effectively qualifying inbound leads and executing targeted outbound prospecting campaigns. This involves a deep dive into understanding prospective customer needs and aligning them with Nabla's innovative AI solutions.
  • • You will play a crucial role in pre-call planning and research, ensuring that every outreach is strategic, value-driven, and tailored to the specific challenges and goals of healthcare providers. This meticulous preparation is key to setting up successful introductory meetings for our sales representatives, thereby driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • • Key responsibilities include screening and triaging inbound leads, making initial contact with a segment of these prospects, and coordinating proactive prospecting efforts into our ideal customer profile accounts. This involves detailed account mapping and research to identify and prioritize top target organizations, ensuring our sales efforts are focused and efficient.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve understanding prospect and customer needs through thorough research, discovery calls, and qualification processes. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to define our target market, co-manage sales territories, and develop comprehensive territory plans and strategies aimed at achieving ambitious new customer and revenue growth targets.
  • • You will be tasked with continually maintaining and expanding your database and funnel of target accounts, prospects, and opportunities within your assigned territories. This requires diligent CRM management and a proactive approach to pipeline development.
  • • Partnering with the Marketing team is essential; you will leverage their initiatives and campaigns to enhance your outreach efforts. Simultaneously, you will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to tackle territory targets and achieve overall sales goals.
  • • Meticulous tracking and management of all your activity and outreach in HubSpot CRM is a core requirement. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all accounts, opportunities, contacts, and leads, ensuring data integrity for effective sales operations and reporting.
  • • You will also be expected to perform other job-related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the broader success of the sales organization.
