- • As an SDR at 1840&Company, you will be the crucial first point of contact for prospective clients, playing an instrumental role in shaping their initial perception of our brand and services. You will be responsible for identifying and researching potential leads, initiating contact through various channels, and meticulously qualifying their needs and potential fit with our IAM solutions. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality sales opportunities for our Account Executives, ensuring a robust pipeline that fuels our continued growth.
- • This role demands a proactive and strategic approach. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the Identity and Access Management landscape, including its challenges, trends, and the value proposition of our offerings. This knowledge will empower you to engage in meaningful conversations with IT leaders, security professionals, and business decision-makers, effectively articulating how 1840&Company can solve their most pressing security and access control concerns.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a blend of outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. You will leverage a variety of tools and techniques, including but not limited to, email outreach, social selling, cold calling, and utilizing our CRM system to track your progress and manage your pipeline. You will conduct thorough research on target companies and individuals to personalize your outreach and ensure maximum relevance and impact.
- • A key aspect of this role is your ability to ask insightful questions, actively listen to prospect needs, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. You will be adept at identifying pain points and aligning our IAM solutions to address those specific challenges, ultimately setting the stage for successful sales engagements.
- • You will work closely with the Owner and IAM Practice Leader, receiving direct mentorship and guidance. This collaborative environment will allow you to gain invaluable insights into our sales strategies, product development, and the broader IAM market. Your feedback and observations will be highly valued, contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified leads, set up initial meetings for the sales team, and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company. We are looking for someone who is not just a task-doer, but a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities and contribute to the evolution of our sales development efforts.
- • This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Philippines. However, it is essential that you can overlap with US East Coast (EST) business hours to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with our North American-based teams and clients. This overlap ensures real-time engagement and responsiveness, which is critical for building strong relationships and closing deals.
