📋 Description
- • Qualify and route inbound leads through self-service and inside sales channels to drive pipeline growth for Sitemate’s Dashpivot platform.
- • Engage prospects daily via phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools including Slack and Salesforce to assess fit and move leads through the sales funnel.
- • Achieve monthly targets by booking and completing a consistent number of product demonstrations, with the team historically exceeding 95% of targets each month.
- • Utilize structured processes and integrated systems to eliminate manual work and enable fast, high-quality decision-making in a high-velocity environment.
- • Learn and apply SaaS-specific metrics, financial acronyms, and industry terminology related to construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on lead quality, feedback, and customer insights.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM systems to ensure visibility and accountability across the sales organization.
- • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, outcome-driven culture where performance is rewarded and career growth is based on results, not tenure.
- • Embrace transparency by participating in monthly All-Hands meetings that share company metrics, customer stories, hiring plans, and financial performance.
- • Contribute to team culture through “Life Story” sessions and global connection initiatives that foster genuine understanding across a diverse, international team.

- • Leverage provided resources such as the SaaS Acronyms Cheat Sheet and onboarding materials to accelerate mastery of sales processes and product knowledge.
- • Work in a hybrid or remote environment with flexibility to work from anywhere for several weeks per year, while maintaining strong connection through weekly catered lunches and global offsites.

🎯 Requirements
- • Confident and clear communication skills, with excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person.
- • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, able to multi-task efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- • Willingness to learn and adapt to the construction, infrastructure, and industrial industries, including unfamiliar terminology and non-tech-savvy users.
