  • • As a Sales Development Representative at Cloudinary, you will play a critical role in supporting enterprise sales by generating qualified leads and building pipeline through strategic, multi-channel outreach. Your work directly contributes to Cloudinary’s rapid expansion into new market segments and its mission to become the visual layer of the web.
  • • Day to day, you will conduct research on target accounts, execute personalized outreach via email, phone, and social platforms, qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, and maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • • You will join a globally distributed, high-performing SDR team within Cloudinary’s fast-growing sales organization, operating from the San Jose office three days a week as part of a collaborative, values-driven culture that emphasizes humility, curiosity, and continuous learning.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced sales techniques, deepen your understanding of enterprise technology solutions, sharpen your communication and prospecting skills, and gain hands-on experience in a high-growth SaaS environment—positioning you for accelerated career growth in tech sales.
