  • • Own outbound pipeline generation targeting Fortune 2000 accounts in healthcare, financial services, and technology verticals to drive top-of-funnel enterprise sales pipeline.
  • • Partner closely with enterprise Account Executives on named account strategy, including co-owning accounts, aligning on entry points, and executing coordinated multi-threaded plays to break into large organizations.
  • • Research target accounts to craft highly personalized, technically credible outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone, avoiding templated messaging and focusing on relevance to engineering and AI/ML decision-makers.
  • • Book discovery calls and product demos for enterprise AEs, ensuring full context is provided so sales conversations are sharp, informed, and aligned with the prospect’s technical needs.
  • • Work directly with marketing, solutions engineering, and product teams to refine ICP, shape campaign strategy, and feed market intelligence back into product and GTM functions.
  • • Surface buyer insights and competitive feedback from early engagements to inform product roadmap and sales messaging as the enterprise motion scales.
  • • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets through consistent, high-quality outreach and disciplined follow-up.
  • • Engage with technical buyers — including staff engineers, heads of infrastructure, and VP-level AI product leaders — who are often already using LiveKit in development environments before the first sales conversation.
  • • Leverage sales engagement tools and Salesforce to manage pipeline, track outreach, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • • Operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where the enterprise sales playbook is still being written, requiring adaptability, initiative, and ownership.
  • • Build relationships with a developer-first community that has already been using LiveKit for months or years, transforming cold outreach into warm, context-rich conversations.
  • • Contribute to shaping the tone, messaging, and methodology of LiveKit’s enterprise sales motion from the ground up.
  • • Maintain a relentless focus on quality over quantity: prioritize emails and interactions that get replies over those that get deleted.
  • • Demonstrate genuine curiosity about real-time AI, WebRTC, and infrastructure technologies, enabling authentic technical conversations without needing to write code.
  • • Manage multi-threaded account plays by mapping buying committees and identifying key stakeholders across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.
  • • Balance competitiveness around quota with equal emphasis on the quality and depth of meetings booked.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience, ideally at a developer tools, infrastructure, or voice AI company
  • • Genuinely curious about technology and able to hold intelligent conversations about managed WebRTC platforms versus self-hosted stacks
  • • Strong written communication skills, with proven ability to craft outreach that gets replies rather than gets deleted
  • • Experience with sales engagement tools and Salesforce
  • • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where the playbook is still being written
