- • Qualify and route inbound leads through two channels: self-service and inside sales, ensuring accurate lead progression within the sales funnel.
- • Engage prospects daily via phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools including Slack and Salesforce to build rapport and assess fit for product demonstrations.
- • Achieve monthly targets by booking and completing a defined number of product demonstrations, with the team consistently meeting or exceeding 95% of targets.
- • Utilize structured processes and integrated systems to eliminate manual work and enable fast, high-quality decision-making in a high-velocity environment.
- • Maintain accurate and timely records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce to ensure visibility and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- • Learn and apply SaaS-specific metrics, terminology, and financial acronyms to effectively communicate value and understand pipeline health.
- • Adapt quickly to the construction, infrastructure, and industrial industries, mastering industry-specific terminology and customer pain points despite limited prior exposure.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, marketing, and customer success teams to share insights, improve lead qualification, and enhance product-market fit.
- • Operate with autonomy and focus on outcomes rather than hours, managing your own schedule while consistently delivering on KPIs.
- • Participate in monthly All-Hands meetings to review company metrics, customer stories, hiring plans, and financial performance, fostering transparency and alignment.
- • Contribute to a culture of trust, diversity, and innovation by embracing open communication, learning from team members’ “Life Story” sessions, and respecting varied backgrounds.
- • Leverage provided resources including the SaaS Acronyms Cheat Sheet and onboarding materials to rapidly upskill in phone, email, and digital meeting techniques.
- • Work in a hybrid or remote-capable environment with flexibility to work from anywhere for several weeks annually, while maintaining strong performance and team connectivity.
- • Utilize company-provided laptop and home office setup budget to ensure optimal productivity regardless of work location.

- • Confident and clear communication skills, with excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person.
- • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, able to multi-task efficiently in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
- • Resilience to handle frequent rejection and maintain high performance under pressure.

- • Competitive, performance-based remuneration with OTE of A$75,000–A$110,000 (incl. Super), including base salary of A$50,000–A$70,000 and commission of A$25,000–A$40,000.
