- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Australia/New Zealand at Remote Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads to support the company’s mission of enabling compliant global employment. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them understand how Remote’s Global HR Platform solves their international hiring, payroll, and compliance challenges.
- • Day to day, you will source new sales prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot, conduct cold calls and outreach, create targeted account lists, research business needs, communicate Remote’s value proposition clearly, qualify leads, and book appointments for Account Executives. You’ll also support the AE team by educating prospects and preparing them for handoff, ensuring a smooth transition into the sales cycle.

- • In this role, you’ll develop advanced outbound sales skills, deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS sales cycles, master CRM and sales engagement tools, and gain experience selling a complex, globally relevant HR technology solution. You’ll build resilience, strategic thinking, and communication excellence while contributing directly to revenue growth and having clear pathways to advance into Account Executive or sales leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven business development success with experience using core sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Chorus (knowledge of these is a plus)
- • Prior experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and a positive, energetic phone presence
- • Ability to think strategically and tactically, maintain resilience in the face of rejection, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
- • Fluent English (written and spoken)
- • Experience working remotely is not required but considered a plus
