- • Own a defined geographic territory in Germany and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through consistent on-site presence at clinics, practices, and care facilities.
- • Prospect directly in the field by visiting medical locations to secure meetings and uncover real operational pain points faced by clinicians.
- • Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end, including discovery, solution positioning, objection handling, closing, and onboarding for Tandem Health’s clinician copilot platform.
- • Understand clinicians’ workflows and tailor product demonstrations to show how the platform saves time, reduces administrative burden, improves visibility, and enhances patient care.
- • Deliver hands-on product onboarding and training within medical practices to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.
- • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging, share field insights, and improve go-to-market playbooks based on real-world feedback.
- • Work in close partnership with clinicians and product teams to ensure all customer conversations reflect authentic workflows and measurable outcomes.
- • Contribute to defining the company’s outbound voice and sales playbooks with a bias for speed to impact, clarity, and radical transparency.
- • Support the expansion of Tandem Health’s European footprint by scaling commercial operations in Germany and potentially growing into a leadership role as the team expands.
- • Maintain consistent communication and alignment with internal teams to ensure accurate representation of product capabilities and customer needs.
- • Adhere to company policies regarding handling sensitive patient data and comply with all regulatory requirements in healthcare sales activities.
- • Participate in the company’s continuous selection process, including a Working Day at the Munich office to experience team culture and collaboration firsthand.
- • Travel occasionally to the Munich office for team alignment, training, and in-person collaboration despite remote work flexibility.
- • Engage in a four-stage interview process: screening with Talent Acquisition, interview with Head of Commercial Excellence, interview with Country Director for Germany, and a Working Day in Munich.
- • Operate in a fast-scaling health-tech environment backed by top investors, where innovation, impact, and ownership are core cultural values.
- • Contribute to a high-performing, diverse team driven by ambition, learning, and a shared mission to change the future of healthcare.
🎯 Requirements
- • Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally involving field prospecting, outbound activity, or direct client interaction.
- • Strong motivation for sales and comfort working toward objectives, with resilience to handle rejection and maintain momentum.
- • Ability to manage a full sales cycle with guidance: from first contact and discovery to closing and onboarding.
- • Bilingual fluency in both German and English.
- • Interest in healthcare, digital products, or technology that improves professional workflows and has a positive societal impact.
- • Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and strong desire to learn and grow within a scaling commercial team.
