- • As an integral part of Ironclad's expansion into the EMEA market, you will be instrumental in establishing and scaling our first-ever outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) function in London.
- • This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of a high-performing sales team, taking ownership of building the outbound sales motion from the ground up and contributing directly to Ironclad's growth trajectory in the region.
- • You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients within a strategically defined target account list, focusing on senior executives and key decision-makers.
- • Your primary objective will be to generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly quotas.
- • This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to prospecting, involving in-depth account research, personalized outreach campaigns via email and phone, and the development of tailored account plans.
- • You will conduct high-level, confident conversations with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders, effectively articulating Ironclad's value proposition and its transformative impact on their businesses.

- • Meticulous capture and organization of sales intelligence within Salesforce are crucial, ensuring the broader sales and marketing teams have access to clean, actionable data to inform their strategies.
- • You will act as a vital conduit between the market and internal teams, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product departments to share valuable feedback from prospects and customers, thereby influencing product positioning and development for the EMEA market.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and a passion for consultative selling, enabling you to guide prospects through the initial stages of their buyer's journey.
- • You will be expected to master and effectively utilize core sales enablement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce to maximize your prospecting efficiency and effectiveness.
- • The ability to conduct thorough research into target companies, identify key stakeholders, and understand their business objectives is paramount to developing personalized and impactful outreach strategies.
- • You will be a key contributor to shaping Ironclad's brand presence and market penetration in the UK and wider EMEA region through your direct engagement with potential clients.
