  • • This position is critical for growing and developing the sales pipeline for Twilio’s New Business and Strategic Sales teams. The Sales Development organization is a strategic cornerstone of Twilio’s overall go-to-market strategy, driving the initial engagement and qualification of potential clients.

  • • You will be tasked with achieving and exceeding monthly targets for generating new business opportunities, directly contributing to the fuel that drives the sales pipeline.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves becoming proficient in essential sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator, mastering their functionalities to ensure efficient and productive workflows.
  • • You will conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify how Twilio’s innovative solutions can deliver significant value. This research will inform your outbound efforts, including strategic calls, personalized email campaigns, and engaging social selling tactics.
  • • A crucial element of success in this role is the close partnership you will maintain with Account Executives. You will collaborate on developing sophisticated account strategies, crafting effective territory plans, and working synergistically to successfully generate and nurture new business opportunities.
