- • As an SDR, your primary mission will be to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline. This involves a strategic blend of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, ensuring that Atropos Health's innovative GENEVA™ OS solutions reach organizations poised to benefit from accelerated evidence generation and data-driven patient care.
- • You will be the initial point of contact for many potential partners, requiring a proactive and persistent approach to outreach. This includes leveraging a variety of communication channels such as email, phone calls, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn to initiate meaningful conversations.
- • A key responsibility will be to meticulously research target markets and identify key decision-makers within ambient and technology companies that can leverage Atropos Health's capabilities to close critical evidence gaps.
- • Your ability to effectively qualify inbound and outbound leads will be crucial. This means understanding prospect needs, assessing their potential fit with Atropos Health's offerings, and determining their readiness to engage further with our sales leadership.
- • A significant outcome of your efforts will be the successful scheduling of discovery calls between qualified prospects and our Sales SVP/-VP-Directors. This requires skillful navigation of prospect schedules and clear articulation of the value proposition.
- • You will be expected to maintain an exceptionally high standard of data integrity within our CRM system, Hubspot, ensuring all interactions, lead statuses, and prospect information are accurately and promptly recorded.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with the Marketing team to refine and optimize outreach strategies, campaign messaging, and sales sequences, contributing to a cohesive and effective go-to-market approach.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the transformative potential of real-world data. You will be an ambassador for Atropos Health, communicating our vision and the tangible benefits of our technology with clarity and enthusiasm.
- • Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently exceed performance metrics, including the number of qualified meetings booked and the amount of pipeline generated, directly contributing to the company's revenue goals.

- • A strong command of sales prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be essential for efficient and effective lead generation and engagement.
