- • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting using email, phone, social channels, events, and marketing campaigns.
- • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients by analyzing their needs, challenges, and readiness to engage with Deel’s global HR and payroll platform.
- • Create and execute personalized outreach sequences, including cold-calling and targeted email campaigns, to map and penetrate target accounts in the mid-market segment.
- • Educate and nurture leads through the buyer journey, guiding them toward qualified meetings or next-step engagements with Account Executives.
- • Engage existing customers to identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities within defined product lines or segments.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead activity, interactions, and pipeline status in CRM and sales engagement tools.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and alignment on customer needs.
- • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to refine lead-generation processes, messaging, and workflow efficiency.
- • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, Sales Qualified Opportunities, and pipeline contribution.
- • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development programs to enhance prospecting techniques and product knowledge.
- • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, taking initiative to source solutions and adapt to evolving market and product dynamics.
- • Demonstrate strong written communication skills by crafting compelling, personalized outreach messages and campaign sequences.
- • Utilize CRM systems and sales engagement tools to track and optimize prospecting activities and performance metrics.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes by providing feedback on messaging, tool effectiveness, and market response.
- • Maintain a high level of organization and time management to handle multiple outreach activities and priorities simultaneously.
- • Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong growth orientation, adapting quickly to changes in product focus, market conditions, or sales strategy.

- • Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound commercial role
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage prospects across multiple channels
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline-generation targets
- • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment
- • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- • Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and sourcing solutions independently
