  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, driving growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying leads through LinkedIn, company websites, and industry events.
  • • Qualify leads based on defined criteria including company size, industry, pain points, budget, and decision-making authority, ensuring accurate tracking and management within CRM systems.
  • • Conduct outbound cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and generate interest in Pallon’s AI-powered sewer defect detection and maintenance advisory platform.
  • • Craft compelling, tailored messages that clearly communicate Pallon’s value proposition to municipal and urban infrastructure decision-makers.
  • • Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives, ensuring all relevant information is accurately conveyed and follow-ups are completed to confirm attendance.
  • • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to align on outreach strategies, share feedback on lead quality, and refine targeting based on real-time pipeline insights.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pallon’s product offerings, technological capabilities, and industry trends in urban sustainability and wastewater management.
  • • Generate and submit regular reports on outbound activity, lead conversion rates, pipeline progression, and meeting outcomes to support sales forecasting and strategy adjustments.
  • • Actively participate in ongoing sales training programs to develop prospecting, communication, and CRM proficiency.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, outreach templates, and qualification frameworks based on hands-on experience and team feedback.
  • • Represent Pallon with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer-facing interactions, embodying the company’s mission to make cities more sustainable and resilient through data-driven infrastructure solutions.
  • • Engage in company offsites that include virtual and real-world exploration of sewer systems to deepen product understanding and team cohesion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • German native speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • • Comfort with outbound prospecting including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
