đź“‹ Description

  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team at Distro, Inc. In this remote, offshore role, you will be instrumental in generating high-quality outbound sales opportunities for our Direct Sales team, focusing on U.S.-based, multi-state companies. Your primary mission will be to drive the early stages of the sales cycle by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within HR, Compliance, Legal, and Operations departments.
  • • Success in this role hinges on a strong foundation of outbound prospecting fundamentals, coupled with a proactive and experimental mindset. You will be expected to execute a high volume of outreach activities, including cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn messages, while maintaining a keen focus on quality and personalization. The ideal candidate possesses native-level or near-native English communication skills, enabling them to connect effectively with U.S. executives and articulate complex value propositions with clarity and precision.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere activity; you will be tasked with understanding the unique challenges faced by our target personas. This involves leveraging persona insights, identifying trigger events such as hiring shifts, state expansions, or compliance pressures, and tailoring your messaging to address these specific pain points. A deep understanding of multi-state complexity will be a significant asset in crafting resonant outreach.
  • • A core part of your role will be to qualify prospects rigorously against criteria aligned with our MEDDICC/MEDDPICC-informed sales process. This requires asking insightful, second-order discovery questions designed to uncover the true business impact, potential risks, and underlying urgency of their needs. Your ability to conduct thorough discovery will be crucial in ensuring that the meetings you book are high-quality and convert into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • • You will be expected to consistently generate 10–15 SQLs per month and book at least 8 high-quality meetings per month with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects. To achieve these targets, you will need to meticulously build and enrich high-quality ICP lists using essential prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Identifying relevant trigger events, such as recent news, compliance updates, or significant hiring changes, will be key to initiating timely and relevant conversations.
  • • This role thrives on continuous improvement and experimentation. You will be encouraged to run outbound experiments, testing various elements of your outreach, including subject lines, calls-to-action, personalization tiers, and persona-specific angles. A structured approach, utilizing a hypothesis – tactic – metric – result – iteration framework, will be essential for documenting learnings and contributing to the development of our outbound playbooks.
  • • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our HubSpot CRM is paramount. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as weekly activity volume, reply rates, connect-to-book conversion percentages, meeting-to-SQL conversion rates, and ultimately, the pipeline generated. This data-driven approach will inform your strategy and allow for continuous optimization.
  • • Close collaboration with our Account Executives (AEs) is vital. You will work hand-in-hand with them to develop territory strategies, prioritize persona outreach, and ensure seamless handover of qualified leads. Providing detailed meeting notes and ensuring the quality of meetings with strong next steps will be critical to supporting opportunity creation and driving revenue growth.
  • • The ideal candidate is self-directed, analytical, and possesses a strong sense of ownership over their daily results. You should be comfortable working with minimal oversight, eager to learn, and driven by a competitive spirit and a desire for financial reward. If you are a top-performing SDR with a passion for outbound sales and a track record of success in B2B SaaS, we encourage you to apply.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to understanding the market and our customers. You will be expected to conduct research into industry trends, competitive landscapes, and the specific challenges faced by HR, Compliance, and Legal leaders in multi-state organizations. Your ability to translate this research into actionable outreach strategies will be a key differentiator.
  • • We value a data-driven approach to sales development. You will be expected to analyze your performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes based on your findings. This includes understanding conversion rates at each stage of the funnel and optimizing your efforts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • The ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and sales strategies is crucial. You will be part of a team that encourages innovation and embraces new approaches to outbound prospecting. Your willingness to experiment and share your insights will contribute to the collective success of the sales organization.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified pipeline, contribute to the sales team's quota attainment, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of outbound success.
  • • Native-level or near-native fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated directly on your resume.
  • • Demonstrated experience and comfort communicating with U.S. executives (VP, Director, CHRO, HR Ops, Legal), including the ability to ask insightful, second-order discovery questions.
  • • Proficiency with essential sales technology stack, including CRMs (HubSpot preferred), Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo), and Prospecting Tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive salary with a strong commission structure and performance-based incentives.
  • • Fully remote work environment, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • • Opportunity to work with a growing B2B SaaS company and make a significant impact on sales success.
  • • Continuous learning and development opportunities, including access to sales enablement tools and coaching.
  • • Collaborative and supportive team culture focused on shared success.
