  • • Join Userevidence as an early-stage Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a pivotal role in our rapid growth trajectory. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a Series A company poised for significant expansion, aiming to scale from $3M to $12M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) over the next two years. You'll be instrumental in building our sales pipeline and contributing directly to our success in a proven, de-risked market.
  • • As an SDR at Userevidence, you will be at the forefront of initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients, primarily within well-known tech companies. Your primary mission will be to generate qualified leads and set the stage for our Account Executives to close deals. This involves a deep understanding of our product, the market landscape, and the challenges our target customers face.
  • • You will work closely with senior sales leadership, a dynamic team of peers, and our two founders, both of whom have a strong background as SDRs themselves. This means you'll benefit from direct mentorship and guidance from individuals who understand the intricacies of early-stage sales and have a proven track record of success, including the acquisition of their first company for $90M by SurveyMonkey.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend beyond simple outreach. You'll be expected to conduct thorough prospect research, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized messaging that resonates with their specific needs and pain points. This requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and meticulous execution.
  • • You will leverage various sales tools and technologies to manage your outreach, track your progress, and identify new opportunities. This includes utilizing CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and other relevant software to optimize your workflow and maximize your effectiveness.
  • • A key aspect of this role is to collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging and lead generation strategies. You'll provide valuable feedback from the front lines, helping to refine our go-to-market approach and improve the quality of inbound leads.
  • • You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, ensuring they meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria, and nurturing them through the initial stages of the sales funnel. For outbound efforts, you will develop and execute targeted campaigns designed to engage prospects who may not yet be aware of Userevidence.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently generate high-quality sales opportunities, contribute to the overall pipeline growth, and achieve your individual performance targets.
