Following a significant funding round, we are now poised for accelerated scaling and are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel the top-of-funnel pipeline for our expanding go-to-market team.
- • In this high-energy, high-impact role, you will be instrumental in driving our outbound prospecting efforts, focusing on generating qualified meetings for our Account Executives and accelerating provider acquisition across the United States. This position is ideal for an ambitious, coachable individual eager to break into the dynamic field of healthcare tech sales within a hyper-growth environment. Your primary objective will be to identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and articulate the value proposition of Develop Health's AI-driven solutions.
- • Within your first 3-6 months, you will be expected to take ownership of critical outbound prospecting activities. This includes executing targeted cold call campaigns, developing and managing effective email sequences, and leveraging professional networking platforms like LinkedIn to identify and connect with key decision-makers. You will conduct thorough research on prospective provider groups, clinics, and health systems, utilizing essential sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to build a robust prospect list. A key performance indicator for this period will be booking 15-20+ qualified demos per month, directly contributing to the sales pipeline. Furthermore, you will foster a close collaborative relationship with our Account Executives, providing valuable market feedback, refining sales messaging, and contributing to strategies that enhance conversion rates. Maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene and diligently tracking all sales activities will be crucial for ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and reporting.
- • Beyond the first year, your role will evolve to encompass broader strategic responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining our outbound sales playbook as we expand our reach into new Electronic Health Record (EHR) ecosystems and explore emerging therapeutic areas. Your insights will be invaluable in contributing to decisions regarding sales tooling and optimizing our outreach sequences to support the scaling of the SDR function. This role also serves as a critical proving ground for future career advancement; as the sales team grows, successful SDRs will have clear pathways for promotion into Account Executive roles, offering significant opportunities for professional development and increased earning potential within a thriving organization.
