- • Qualify inbound interest from companies evaluating Vapi’s Voice AI solutions to convert leads into qualified pipeline.
- • Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within target accounts using email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and creative prospecting techniques.
- • Conduct discovery conversations with both technical and business stakeholders to understand needs and align Vapi’s platform with business value.
- • Generate qualified sales pipeline through a combination of inbound conversion and strategic outbound prospecting within assigned territories.
- • Build and manage a territory strategy focused on high-potential accounts across EMEA markets.
- • Partner closely with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support deal progression within target accounts.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems to ensure visibility and forecasting integrity.
- • Develop personalized outreach campaigns tailored to specific industries, company sizes, and technical profiles.
- • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to share customer insights, market feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- • Contribute to refining and scaling Vapi’s outbound sales motion as the company grows.
- • Become an expert on Vapi’s platform, ideal customer profile (ICP), and the Voice AI market within the first 30 days.
- • Shadow top-performing SDRs and begin engaging prospects during the first 30 days of onboarding.
- • Consistently exceed pipeline generation targets by the 90-day mark.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects by articulating how Voice AI can resolve customer service challenges, reduce transfer rates, and improve operational efficiency.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a bias toward action and ownership.
- • Remain resilient, coachable, and motivated by ambitious goals while adapting to evolving sales strategies.
- • Participate in quarterly off-sites and team-building activities to foster collaboration and company culture.
- • Leverage a $10,000 annual learning and development budget to grow skills in sales, AI, or related domains.
- • Contribute to building a category-defining company in the Voice AI space alongside a team where 70% are previous founders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience
- • Track record of top performance in sales development roles
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
