• • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Southeast Asia at Remote Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads to support the company’s mission of enabling compliant global employment. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them understand how Remote’s Global HR Platform solves their international hiring, payroll, and compliance challenges.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing new sales prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; researching target accounts to identify key decision-makers; communicating Remote’s value proposition clearly and persuasively; qualifying leads based on business needs and fit; creating and maintaining prospect lists; scheduling appointments for Account Executives; and providing support to the sales team as needed. You will also educate prospects throughout the early sales cycle to ensure smooth handoffs.

• • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales skills, deepen your understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles in the HR tech space, and gain experience with tools like HubSpot, Chorus, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into senior sales or account executive roles, supported by Remote’s internal mobility philosophy and learning budget, while contributing directly to revenue generation and market expansion in Southeast Asia.
