- • Own the entire revenue cycle for Kalibri’s largest enterprise accounts—Hilton, Marriott, Choice, Aimbridge and other marquee brands—translating our cloud-native, AI-driven data platform into measurable asset-value gains for owners, brands and management companies.
- • Architect and execute multi-vertical, multi-product sales strategies that span owners, groups, brands and management companies, leveraging Kalibri’s granular data lake and machine-learning models to uncover new revenue streams and cost efficiencies.
- • Serve as the subject-matter-expert on our data sets, translating complex analytics into compelling narratives that resonate with property-level GMs, asset managers and C-suite executives alike.
- • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales—from needs assessment and discovery through custom solution design, proposal development, negotiation and signature—while maintaining rigorous Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
- • Hunt new logos and expand existing accounts by identifying whitespace opportunities, developing account-based pursuit plans and orchestrating cross-functional resources to deliver tailored ROI models.
- • Lead the response to RFIs/RFPs, craft bespoke proposals and deliver high-impact remote and in-person presentations that showcase Kalibri’s unique value proposition and thought leadership.
- • Represent Kalibri at national industry forums, trade shows and customer advisory boards, evangelizing our vision and gathering real-time competitive intelligence to refine product roadmaps.
- • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption and expansion, turning satisfied clients into vocal advocates.
- • Continuously upsell and cross-sell additional modules, data feeds and advisory services, collaborating with Enterprise Account Management to deepen wallet share and contract value.
- • Provide executive-level deal coaching and strategic guidance to junior sellers, fostering a culture of consultative selling, urgency and customer obsession across the commercial organization.
- • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering, accelerating feature development that keeps Kalibri two steps ahead of market needs.
- • Monitor industry trends, regulatory shifts and macroeconomic indicators to anticipate customer challenges and proactively position Kalibri as the indispensable data partner for hospitality asset performance.
