  • • As Sales Director (Business Development) for Greater China at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution for a high-growth B2B SaaS company in one of its most strategic markets, driving revenue expansion and shaping the future of the business in the region.
  • • You will own full commercial responsibility for key accounts across Greater China, including setting and achieving revenue targets, managing a team of 12 Field Sales professionals, and scaling the team throughout 2026 with support from RevOps and Marketing.
  • • You will join a profitable, bootstrapped founder-led global SaaS company with over 17 years in the Virtual Data Room (VDR) business, trusted by 2 million professionals from 300,000 companies worldwide and powering more than 10% of global M&A activity, with a strong local presence since 2017 and 500+ clients in Greater China.
  • • You will have the opportunity to design and refine the regional go-to-market model, integrate direct sales, channel partnerships, advisory networks, and community-driven demand generation, while building forecasting rigor, representing the company at industry events, and influencing how a global SaaS scales in China through autonomy, CEO alignment, and access to structured onboarding and resources.
