- • As a Sales Director, Enterprise at dbt Labs, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding our market presence within the enterprise sector. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, a proactive approach, and an insatiable curiosity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with prospective clients and expanding the footprint within existing accounts, ensuring they maximize the value derived from the dbt Cloud offering. Your ability to navigate complex, intrinsic sales cycles with foresight and strategic acumen will be key to your success and to dbt Labs' continued expansion.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to build, manage, and successfully close your own pipeline of enterprise companies that stand to benefit significantly from the dbt Cloud platform. This involves a deep understanding of their data challenges and demonstrating how dbt Labs can provide a transformative solution. You will be expected to identify target accounts, initiate outreach, build rapport with key stakeholders, and guide prospects through a comprehensive sales process.
- • Beyond new business acquisition, you will also be tasked with managing and deepening the dbt Cloud footprint within existing enterprise accounts. This entails understanding their evolving needs, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring our solutions are optimized to meet their strategic objectives. By fostering strong, long-term relationships, you will become a trusted advisor, driving customer success and retention.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will engage actively with technology partners and ecosystem service providers within the region.
