  • • As a Sales Director for the Northeast territory at Flashpoint Intel Inc., you will be instrumental in driving significant growth by securing strategic net-new business. This pivotal role involves selling advanced threat intelligence solutions that empower commercial enterprises to proactively confront complex security challenges, mitigate risks, and enhance operational resilience in the face of rapidly evolving digital and physical threats.
  • • You will be the primary architect of growth within your assigned territory, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with Fortune 1000 organizations. Your mission is to influence how these leading companies perceive and manage risk, moving beyond traditional product sales to offering strategic solutions that protect their most critical assets and personnel.
  • • This is an individual contributor role that demands a mastery of long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, typically spanning 6 to 12 months or more. Success hinges on your ability to deeply understand client needs and effectively position Flashpoint's comprehensive intelligence platform and services as indispensable tools for navigating the intricate landscape of modern threats.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be orchestrating high-stakes deals. This involves seamless collaboration and alignment of internal teams, including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Solutions Architects, Intelligence Analysts, and Legal counsel, with external decision-makers and influencers. Your ability to drive a unified and successful closing strategy will be paramount.
  • • You are expected to bring a deep-seated expertise in cybersecurity, fraud, or threat intelligence. This allows you to operate not just as a software vendor, but as a trusted consultant who grasps the gravity and nuances of threats originating from the "Deep & Dark Web" and other sophisticated sources.
  • • This position requires a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, as you will be responsible for building a net-new territory from the ground up. You will leverage established sales frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT to ensure your pipeline is robust, comprised of high-quality, thoroughly qualified opportunities.
  • • A thorough understanding of the unique procurement processes, security protocols, and decision-making hierarchies within large commercial organizations is essential. Your expertise will be crucial in efficiently navigating and overcoming these hurdles to secure deals.
  • • You will work closely with technical resources, including Solutions Architects and Intelligence Analysts, to craft and present compelling solutions tailored to the specific needs of each prospect. This collaborative approach ensures that the technical capabilities of Flashpoint's offerings are clearly communicated and aligned with business objectives.
  • • Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic account plans, conducting product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, negotiating complex contracts, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • • You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospect engagement and opportunity creation through to closing multi-year deals with Annual Contract Values (ACVs) ranging from $100K to $1M+.
  • • Success in this role means making a tangible, real-world impact by helping clients safeguard critical assets, prevent financial losses, and protect lives through advanced threat intelligence.
  • • Within your first 30 days, you will establish a target prospect list, initiate initial outreach, introduce yourself to existing customers within your territory, and leverage your professional network to introduce Flashpoint.
  • • By the 60-day mark, you will have developed a refined outreach cadence for yourself and your BDR, and possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to articulate Flashpoint's products and services.
  • • By 90 days, you will have completed all essential sales training, begun generating a qualified pipeline, be on track to meet monthly targets, and have conducted initial demos and Proofs of Value (POVs) with the Strategic Advisory team.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in a rapidly growing and critically important field, contributing directly to the security and success of leading global organizations.
