  • • As a Sales Enablement Manager at Optro, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by transforming sales performance insights into actionable enablement strategies that empower the sales team to win more deals. This role is critical to scaling Optro’s success as one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in North America, ensuring that field teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to execute effectively across complex sales cycles in audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec.
  • • You will analyze win/loss interviews, deal reviews, and field feedback to uncover patterns in competitive losses, buyer objections, and execution gaps, then partner with RevOps to validate trends in pipeline progression and stage conversion. Your insights will directly inform the development of repeatable winning motions and process improvements, particularly around methodologies like MEDDICC, enabling sales leadership to reinforce consistent, high-quality execution across the team.
  • • You will design and deliver targeted enablement programs—including playbooks, frameworks, and training workshops—that translate performance gaps into practical learning experiences. These programs will reinforce key sales behaviors, improve deal strategy, and ensure adoption of best practices, all while being grounded in real-world field insights and aligned with product messaging from Product Marketing.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Legal, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure enablement initiatives are data-driven, strategically aligned, and globally scalable. By acting as the connective tissue between performance analytics and field execution, you will help close the loop between insight and impact, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS sales enablement, revenue operations, and sales analytics, while honing your ability to influence without authority, manage complex projects, and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to shape Optro’s sales effectiveness at scale and contribute directly to the company’s mission of helping customers achieve greater clarity and agility through innovative technology.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data—including win/loss interviews, deal reviews, and CRM/sales tool data—to identify performance trends and actionable insights.
  • • Experience partnering with Sales, RevOps, or Product Marketing teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and translate insights into enablement programs.
  • • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and tracking adoption and impact.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of distilling complex insights into clear, practical recommendations for sales leaders and individual contributors.
  • • Hands-on experience with sales enablement and intelligence platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or similar tools.
