- • As One Model's inaugural Sales Enablement Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by building a comprehensive curriculum that empowers our sales team for peak performance. This is a unique opportunity to establish the foundational sales enablement function within a growing organization, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing & Sales Enablement.
- • You will own the end-to-end readiness of our sales organization, ensuring every member is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively engage prospects, articulate our value proposition, and drive revenue growth. This is a 100% remote, full-stack role, demanding a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across a wide spectrum of enablement activities.
- • Your core responsibility will be the design and development of a robust sales curriculum. This includes translating complex product features and market differentiators into clear, concise, and actionable learning modules that resonate with our sales professionals at all levels.
- • You will be responsible for the creation of a diverse range of sales enablement assets. This encompasses developing compelling sales playbooks, battle cards, presentation decks, case studies, ROI calculators, and other collateral that equips our sales team to navigate competitive landscapes and address customer needs effectively.
- • A significant part of your role will involve seller upskilling and continuous professional development. You will identify skill gaps, design and deliver targeted training programs, and implement methodologies to enhance selling techniques, product knowledge, and overall sales acumen.
- • Establishing and managing a certification program will be crucial to ensure consistent understanding and application of sales processes, product knowledge, and company methodologies. This will provide a clear benchmark for individual and team proficiency.
- • You will be tasked with developing and maintaining comprehensive sales playbooks that serve as the definitive guide for our sales team. These playbooks will outline best practices, sales stages, messaging frameworks, and objection handling strategies, ensuring a unified and effective approach to customer engagement.
- • Managing and optimizing our knowledge platform will be a key function. You will ensure that all sales enablement resources are easily accessible, up-to-date, and effectively utilized by the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- • You will play a pivotal role in coaching and embedding the MEDDIC methodology (or similar sales qualification frameworks) within the sales organization. This involves training, reinforcement, and ongoing support to ensure rigorous qualification and effective deal management.
- • This role requires a strategic mindset to align enablement initiatives with overarching business objectives and GTM strategies. You will analyze sales performance data, gather feedback from sales leadership and representatives, and iterate on enablement programs to maximize impact and ROI.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product launches, and market positioning. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping future product development and GTM strategies.
- • The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategist who is equally comfortable as a hands-on builder. You possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, sales methodologies, and the challenges faced by modern sales teams. You are adept at creating engaging content, facilitating effective training sessions, and leveraging technology to scale enablement efforts.
- • You will be the go-to expert for all things sales enablement, driving best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the sales organization. Your success will be measured by the tangible impact on sales productivity, deal velocity, and overall revenue attainment.
