- • At Trustly, we are at the forefront of revolutionizing the financial world by building a smarter, faster, and more secure future through Open Banking Payments. Our ambition is to establish 'Pay by Bank' as the definitive standard at checkout, offering unparalleled freedom, speed, and ease to a global network of consumers and merchants. We are driven by a mission to create the world's most disruptive payment network and redefine the entire payment experience. Trustly is a dynamic, global collective of innovators, collaborators, and doers who thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment. If you are motivated by a strong sense of purpose and wish to be part of a team transforming the way the world pays, we invite you to join us.
- • The Global Revenue Operations domain at Trustly is dedicated to transforming our revenue generation strategies and accelerating the growth of our merchant and user base. We achieve this by delivering best-in-class sales operations, leveraging data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and the right technological tools to inform strategic decisions and enhance performance. Furthermore, we foster robust cross-functional partnerships across the organization. Our team embodies innovative thinking, a commitment to accountability, and a relentless focus on customer impact, all aimed at equipping our commercial teams with the essential tools and insights for success.
- • We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to join our Global Revenue Operations team. Reporting directly to the Global VP of Revenue Operations, you will assume a pivotal role in shaping Trustly's go-to-market strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our commercial teams possess the confidence, consistency, and effectiveness required to engage senior stakeholders in complex, enterprise-level deals. This position transcends the traditional scope of simply conducting training sessions.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Operations to meticulously craft and refine how Trustly's unique value proposition is articulated, understood, and strategically applied within actual customer interactions. The overarching objective is straightforward: to empower our talented sales professionals to achieve peak performance, more rapidly and consistently.
- • You will be entrusted with end-to-end ownership of the enablement function. This encompasses the entire lifecycle of sales enablement, from the initial onboarding of new team members and the development of compelling messaging frameworks to the curation of essential content, the selection and optimization of sales tools, and the rigorous measurement of enablement program effectiveness. You will also serve as an integral partner to the Sales Operations team, actively contributing to the successful rollout of new processes, the implementation of innovative tooling, and the adoption of refined ways of working.
- • Furthermore, you are expected to proactively challenge existing methodologies and advocate for superior approaches when opportunities arise. This requires a delicate balance between establishing necessary structure and maintaining pragmatism within a fast-paced, enterprise sales environment. Your ability to influence without direct authority, build strong relationships across departments, and translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-centric benefits will be critical to your success.
- • Key responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with Trustly's commercial objectives. This involves designing and delivering impactful training programs, workshops, and resources that cover product knowledge, sales methodologies, competitive intelligence, and effective communication techniques. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a centralized repository of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, battlecards, and proposal templates, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- • You will also play a crucial role in the sales onboarding process, ensuring new hires are rapidly brought up to speed and equipped to contribute effectively from day one. This includes developing structured onboarding plans and delivering relevant training modules. Measuring the impact of enablement initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales cycle length, win rates, quota attainment, and adoption of new tools and processes will be a core part of your role. You will gather feedback from the sales team and other stakeholders to continuously iterate and improve enablement programs.
- • This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate business needs into actionable enablement solutions. You will be a key contributor to fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance within the commercial organization, ultimately driving revenue growth and market leadership for Trustly.
