- • Own the end-to-end sales enablement function to empower Voize’s go-to-market teams with training, tools, and insights that drive performance and growth.
- • Design and implement scalable onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring rapid ramp-up and alignment with Voize’s mission and sales methodology.
- • Develop continuous learning initiatives that reinforce product knowledge, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies across all sales roles.
- • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify performance gaps, uncover systemic challenges, and create targeted interventions that improve conversion rates and deal velocity.
- • Build and maintain a centralized repository of sales content, including playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts, and case studies, ensuring all materials are current, accessible, and aligned with customer needs.
- • Leverage data and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and iterate based on outcomes, not assumptions.
- • Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure sales messaging is consistent, compelling, and reflects product updates and market positioning.
- • Train and coach sales teams through workshops, one-on-one sessions, and digital learning modules, using an engaging and interactive approach to make knowledge stick.
- • Act as a bridge between frontline sales teams and leadership, translating field insights into actionable improvements in process, tooling, and content.
- • Stay current with industry best practices in sales enablement and integrate proven methodologies into Voize’s evolving go-to-market strategy.
- • Utilize and optimize sales enablement platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools to track engagement, content usage, and team performance metrics.
- • Support regional sales efforts in Germany by delivering training and materials in both German and English to ensure clarity and cultural relevance.
- • Foster a culture of open communication, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
- • Contribute to the creation of a positive, collaborative team environment through active participation in team events, off-sites, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- • Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows among sales teams by demonstrating how Voize’s technology reduces administrative burden and increases time spent on high-value customer interactions.
- • Ensure all enablement efforts directly support Voize’s mission: giving frontline healthcare workers more time to care, connect, and be present.

- • Proven track record in sales enablement or sales with a strong understanding of what drives team performance and learning
- • Fluent in both German and English to support customers in Germany and collaborate with the team
- • Resilience and ability to see challenges as opportunities, not obstacles
- • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools
- • Iterative working mindset — test, learn, and improve continuously instead of waiting for perfection
- • Strong communicator with an engaging presence who can energize teams and make complex information accessible
