  • • As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the effectiveness of our sales organization across a diverse portfolio of vertical software and embedded payments technology.
  • • This pivotal role is designed to build the foundational infrastructure, robust systems, compelling assets, and streamlined processes that empower our sales teams to not only execute with precision but also to achieve and exceed ambitious portfolio-wide revenue goals.
  • • You will begin by partnering closely with the Peak15 sales team, a growing software company renowned for its cloud-based management system serving the travel industry. Here, you will establish core enablement programs, develop essential tools, and deliver targeted training, laying the groundwork for future success.
  • • As your impact grows, this role will naturally expand to encompass broader enablement initiatives, supporting multiple business units within the Hospitality Portfolio. Your contributions will be key to developing and implementing a scalable, company-wide sales enablement strategy that drives consistent performance.
  • • Reporting to the Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will operate at the intersection of sales strategy, operational efficiency, and technological enablement.
  • • Sales Effectiveness & Revenue Enablement:
  • • Develop and meticulously maintain account intelligence frameworks, designed to significantly enhance seller preparation and foster more strategic, impactful account engagement.
  • • Conduct in-depth analysis of historical customer data and prevailing market trends to inform and refine targeting strategies, uncovering valuable cross-portfolio expansion opportunities.
  • • Provide critical support for segmentation and positioning strategies across a variety of offerings, ensuring clear and compelling value propositions.
  • • Proactively identify patterns and insights within pipeline performance data, translating these findings into actionable enablement recommendations aimed at increasing conversion rates and win rates.
  • • Systems Ownership & Process Design:
  • • Take ownership of Salesforce opportunity stages, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of automation logic and lifecycle governance across the entire portfolio.
  • • Design and maintain scalable lead and account workflows that enhance visibility, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure consistent, reliable reporting.
  • • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance metrics and establish standardized reporting protocols.
  • • Champion CRM data integrity, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and operational processes for a unified view of customer engagement.
  • • Continuously seek out and implement process improvements that directly contribute to increased sales productivity and efficiency.
  • • Demo & Sales Asset Enablement:
  • • Partner with the Learning Manager and internal product subject matter experts to architect and maintain high-impact demo environments, complete with structured storylines and representative datasets that resonate with customer needs.
  • • Work in close collaboration with the Marketing team to develop, organize, and optimize a centralized sales asset library, ensuring all materials are strategically aligned with buyer stages and portfolio positioning.
  • • Guarantee that sales representatives have immediate access to current, compelling, and strategically relevant enablement materials at all times.
  • • Actively gather feedback from sales stakeholders to drive continuous refinement of assets, demo narratives, and overall enablement content.
  • • Skills & Competencies:
  • • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft polished, strategic, and persuasive customer-facing materials.
  • • Demonstrate a systems-thinking approach, adept at translating high-level revenue objectives into structured processes, effective tools, and measurable outcomes.
  • • Exhibit an analytical mindset, comfortable and proficient in interpreting CRM data, performance metrics, and market trends.
  • • Maintain a high level of organization, with a demonstrated capability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
  • • Be proactive, resourceful, and consistently solutions-oriented in tackling challenges.
  • • Achieve proficiency in key sales technologies, including Salesforce (or comparable CRM systems like HubSpot), SalesLoft, and modern sales enablement platforms.
  • • Leverage AI and digital research tools effectively to enhance productivity, uncover deeper insights, and drive innovation.
